LegalEtc. is a legal consulting company focused on providing services related to the legal and fiduciary industries.

Having worked in the legal and fiduciary industries, within a corporate environment, we realised that change was needed. Not only was change needed in our industries of profession, but also within the corporate environment.

However, we realised that change was not imminent and that we needed to become the change and implement the change.

The corporate world is mostly cut-throat, male dominated, caring more for the profits than the client and with little care for ethics.

Further, the legal and fiduciary industries require innovative and modern ways of servicing clients.

The founders of LegalEtc. have been brave enough to take the risk and make a change. We understand that you can’t change the past, but you can change the present for a better future.

Being professionals in our fields, we have seen the frustration and pain that clients and their families suffer when they have not sought or been provided with the proper help to assist with their legal affairs. A perfect example of this is having a properly drafted Will – no Will or a poorly drafted Will can cause unnecessary stress and pain to your loved ones and prevent you from expressing your wishes.

We, therefore, understand what the client needs and strive to maintain continuous professional services at affordable rates, seek to provide a superior customer experience and value ethical practices.
